The space Located directly across from the Atlantic Ocean, this private bedroom & shared full bathroom in a shared 3-bedroom house has a shared entrance with other guests & shared yard area. Sleeps up to 2 guests if guests are willing to share full-sized bed in private bedroom. There is a fee for extra guest so PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIST & PAY FOR ALL GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Pets allowed if guests notify host, book & pay for them in advance. One private bedroom w/full-sized bed, outlets, full length mirror, & cozy decor. One full shared bathroom, free washer & dryer, central heat & window AC’s are also included in the unit. One free off-street parking spot included on-site, additional parking may be provided upon request if available, additional fee may apply. In addition, street parking may be available, guests will need to pay meters to park on the street from April-October, snow bans may limit street parking from November-March. Early checkin & late checkout could be possible based on availability & additional fee. This is a shared space, other guests will be staying in other two private bedrooms in house, guests must coordinate their checkin time with host. There is a chance guests could get switched to one of our almost identical private rooms nearby, depending on availability, and especially with last minute same day bookings. It’s about a 10-min drive to Jenness Beach in Rye. Boardwalk, bars, restaurants & shopping are easily accessible by car. It’s about a 7-minute walk to a local coffee shop & a 30-second walk to the ocean. During your stay Host is available to answer questions anytime.
