This is a shared space, other guests will be staying in other two private bedrooms in house, guests must coordinate their checkin time with host. There is a chance guests could get switched to one of our almost identical private rooms nearby, depending on availability, and especially with last minute same day bookings. All of our private rooms have nearly identical decor, locations & amenities. Please inquire in advance if you prefer to only stay in a particular room/location. There is absolutely NO SMOKING & NO VAPING allowed of any kind inside the house. House includes shared patio area with gazebo, backyard, & firepit areas with outdoor seating & grills.
