Description
A characterful & cosy barn once used to make an award winning artisan cheese, the Creamery sits in its own apple orchard with ancient bluebell woods beyond. Situated in the South Downs National Park just outside the picturesque village of Lurgashall, local attractions including Goodwood Racecourse, Polo at Cowdray and the historic town of Petworth plus an array of gorgeous pubs. Barn style upside down accomodation with four bedrooms each with super-king beds and an open plan living area above. The space Enter through lovely wide double windowed doors in to a spacious hallway with plenty of space for coats and stuff. Ground floor consists of four large bedrooms all with super king luxurious beds with lovely bed linen. One of the bedrooms has a zip & link super king bed which is normally split to make two 3ft singles. Do please ask if you have a preference either way. There are two family bathrooms with walk-in shower, basin, loo and heated towel rail. Bedroom four, otherwise known as 'Plum' has its own freestanding slipper bath. There is a cupboard under the stairs with a washing machine, there is also an iron and ironing board. Walk upstairs and to your left is a large sitting room area with comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, TV and a digital piano. The kitchen to your right, is fitted with a tall fridge freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. Dining table and chairs for eight persons. Outside there is a table and chairs for eight persons and a Weber charcoal BBQ. Guest access Plenty of space outdoors on sun terrace with apple orchard and bluebell woodland beyond. Other things to note By arrangement guests can use the recently resurfaced tennis court. Must wear tennis shoes please.
