Bayton House is a cozy family home that has been renovated to make it a comfortable accommodation ideal for people looking for a few days of relaxation. While preserving its original structure, we have completely renovated the different rooms, giving it a touch of modernity and the maximum comfort that our guests deserve on their vacation with a palm garden and open spaces The space The master bedroom is the suite of the house, it is furnished with a large bed of 180 cm x 200 cm that in turn can be divided into two single beds. In addition, it has an en-suite bathroom, closet and Smart TV with international channels, armchair and shoe cabinet and with: AIR CONDITIONING. The secondary room has a ceiling fan and remote control and a double bed, large closet and dresser. Likewise, the third room has a ceiling fan with remote control and has a single bed and a small area with a desk and a relaxing armchair for a work and reading room and a ceiling fan. All the remaining spaces have ceiling fans with built-in light of different warmth and modernity. The bedrooms are equipped with mattresses, pillows and bedding of excellent quality to provide the greatest comfort to our guests. All rooms have noise-insulating glass. Likewise, the kitchen is fully equipped and open to the terrace, which makes it easy to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. Finally, the outdoor area with a small garden and terrace is equipped with a dining room, comfortable sun loungers, a parasol and a shower with warm water. You can also enjoy the triangular saltwater pool that is heated in winter. All this makes our house a great place to disconnect and relax. Air conditioning is available on request for 20 euros per day, payable upon arrival Guest access The house is a single-family home, that is, for the exclusive use of the people who book it. Rooms are not shared with other guests. Other things to note *The saltwater pool is heated in winter at an extra daily cost of €25 to be paid at the accommodation and booked with the host before your arrival.
