Between the months of November to March you can even spot humpback whales frolicking in the bay from the rooftop. You will enjoy this beautifully furnished and designed SOHO PV condo that is located on the 3rd floor, with an extra large private outdoor patio and 500 MB fiber optic internet access for your vacation or remote work needs. Building Amenities: SOHO PV is an iconic new building from the developers of Pier 57. This urban oasis offers a luxury resort experience in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Guests have exclusive access to the largest residential infinity pool in the western hemisphere, offering panoramic views of Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. The building boasts a range of resort-style amenities, including: 🏊‍♂️ The rooftop pool deck offers towel service and stylish bathrooms. The heated pool is open daily from 10am to 10pm. 🍸 The rooftop bar and restaurant provides refreshing cocktails and gourmet bites, plus they accept all major credit cards. Open daily from 11am to 7pm (subject to change). ⛱️ The lounge and relaxation areas of the pool deck provide an array of sophisticated lounging options, including poolside chairs & cabanas, floating lounge beds, and a sunken fire pit lounge. ☀️ The 2 rooftop sundecks invite you to bask under the Mexican sun with over 20 sunbathing beds. 🏋🏽 The fitness center is fully equipped for those who want to keep up with your gym routine. Master Bedroom: Enjoy a comfortable siesta or night's sleep on the king size bed. There is a desk and chair that provides a private space to work. Each nightstand has built-in outlets, USB-A and USB-C ports for convenient charging for all devices. The room has both sheer curtains for daytime light and privacy, as well as blackout curtains to accommodate sleeping preferences. Master Bathroom: This en suite boasts a spacious walk-in rainshower, dimmable night light, plenty of closet space, and a safe for storing important items. A hair dryer is provided for your use and GFCI outlets installed for your protection. Second Bedroom: Your travel companions won’t have to sacrifice their sleep quality because this bedroom also comes with a king sized bed. With dedicated luggage storage and closet space with our custom built wardrobe. Each nightstand has built-in outlets, USB-A and USB-C ports for convenient charging for all devices. A sliding partition wall can make this space completely private or open it up to the main living space. The room has both sheer curtains for daytime light and privacy, as well as blackout curtains to accommodate sleeping preferences. Second Bathroom: This full bathroom also features a walk-in rainshower and dimmable night light. A hair dryer is provided for your use and GFCI outlets installed for your protection. Dining Room: The 7ft long live edge dining table is surrounded by 6 high backed chairs. We proudly display three catrinas that were locally made by the artist Franco. Kitchen: The kitchen offers the cooking basics and includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and blender. There is a purified ice machine in the freezer, as well as purified water (reverse osmosis filtration system) at the kitchen sink. Outdoor Patio: This semi covered patio is only one of 3 in the building and has a 1 story privacy wall surrounding it. With an outdoor table that seats 4, a small sofa and an IG ready egg chair. We have made this an urban jungle with over 80 tropical plants and traditional talavera planters. you can also enjoy this space after dark with the dimmable string lights overhead. Concierge Services: Booking with us is not just about the condo itself. We have partnered with Life Properties, a boutique property management company, to provide a holistic experience for all your transportation, entertainment and relaxation needs during your stay. Their concierge services include, but are not limited to: - Car services to and from the airport, also to surrounding areas - Organizing tours for zip lining, horseback riding, ATVs, boat tours, fishing tours, snorkeling, jet skis, swimming with dolphins, parasailing, botanical gardens - Massages at local spas - Restaurant reservations at trendy spots - Additional cleaning of the condo These additional services are booked and paid for directly with Life Properties, as these are outside of the Airbnb platform. Guest access The entire condo will be for your private use during your stay, including the extra large private outdoor patio. The shared spaces in the building include the rooftop infinity pool, bar, restaurant and gym. The building has 24/7 front desk/security. You are required to meet a person from our property management team at the front desk to get the keys to the condo. Additional details are provided in the check-in instructions. Other things to note All guests on the reservation are required to sign a condominium consent form and receive/wear a wristband upon check in. The consent form describes the rules of the building, these rules are in place to respect the peace and privacy of everyone in the building as well as to prevent any unlawful activities. The wristband allows building security to identify you when you enter the building and the amenity spaces, it must be worn for the duration of your stay. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the building's premises, the common areas or within the condo. An iron is not provided or allowed in the unit for fire safety reasons. Travel steamers are allowed if you would like to bring one. Laundry is not provided in the unit or in the building. If you need laundry services we can recommend several local laundromats. Each guest is provided with one set of towels for the duration of their stay, if you would like these refreshed at any point it would be an additional $40 fee. No outside guests are allowed in the condo, the rooftop, or the gym facilities, in accordance with the building rules. The condo shall not be used by more than the number of people listed on the reservation. This unit is not suitable for children (anyone under the age of 18), infants, or pets. All drinks and food consumed at the pool must be purchased from the rooftop bar and restaurant. All glass, ceramic or breakable drinkware/plates are not allowed on the roof. Do not flush any foreign objects down the toilets! Doing so can easily cause a blockage. Even though this building is newer, the plumbing systems in Mexico were not designed to handle these items. The cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning of the unit before your arrival. One mid-stay cleaning is included for stays of 14 nights or more. Additional cleanings of the condo are available for an extra charge, please schedule these directly through the property manager. To keep our plants healthy and looking great, our friendly gardener visits every week for about 40 minutes to tend to them.
