Close to everything (Publix, Target, Sams Club, Restaurants). Complex is directly on the Ream Wilson bike path that connects the Gulf and the Bay -direct access to Downtown Safety Harbor. The space The whole Townhome is updated with very modern decor. All appliances are new and work perfectly. The outside patio is a cute spot to hang out and have a drink - a lot of privacy. The pool is not private - it is also not public - it is only open to the residents within the complex. It is typically unoccupied and plenty large to share with others! It is also directly on a "preserve" (Kopak Park) with piers for fishing and turtle/alligator watching. Walking paths go through the entire preserve and are part of a great running/biking/roller blading paved path. Also a Frisbee Disc Golf Course right next to the townhome complex!!! Guest access *** COVID UPDATE *** Community Pool is open. Townhome is steps away from the community pool. Other things to note Pool is heated only when the temperature is above 50 degrees F outside (overnight). Pool is kept around 75 degrees when outside temp is in the above 50 - and the pool is kept around 85 degrees or warmer when the outside temp is 65 degrees or above.
