Other things to note Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. 35lbs or less. Dogs brought that are over the weight limit may be charged an extra pet fee. Dog(s) are not to be left unattended for any length of time in the home. NO CATS! We cannot allow cats on property, if a cat is brought into the home a fee will be charged. Our neighbors are full time residents, please be respectful of quiet hours and their property. Keep dogs on a leash.
