Spacious double room in a top floor of house. Workspace area with desk and chair within the room, plus relaxation area with Sky TV and armchair. You will share a bathroom/WC and kitchen with one other Airbnb guest. Owner lives on the ground floor with separate front door. This property is spotlessly clean and will suit people who like a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The space The room is furnished with a king size bed, sofa, TV, desk and chair as well as plenty of space for clothes in the large wardrobe and drawers. Guest access Access is via the front door at ground floor level with stairs leading up to the accommodation. During your stay We live on the ground floor in a separate flat and are on call to help if needed otherwise you will enjoy your privacy. Other things to note There may or may not be another guest staying in the bedroom opposite. Please be respectful of the other guest by leaving the communal spaces clean after you have used them.
