TGV Grace Room #1 in Shared Home

READ ME!!!!! Come stay with us in our home! The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to hop on I20 and I35. You'll be sharing the home with myself, family, and if there are other guest in room #2 but you'll barely know we are there. Plenty of places to eat near by and only 15-18 minutes from downtown Dallas. Cowboys stadium, 6 flags, and Global Life Field are located is about a 25 min drive. Keyless entry with special code. No Smoking & No Cats or Dogs allowed due to allergies. The space READ ME!!! This is a 1 story home. You'll have a 1 bedroom, queen bed with work desk in your room. Bathroom is next door that is shared with other guest. Guest access Laundry room is available for use after 8pm. $5 per load. Detergent provided. White Face and bath towels will be provided as well as a black make up towel. Please return all towels. Missing towels will be a charge of $5 per towel. Kitchen is available for use, provide your own food and clean up after yourself is a must. You can sit in the living room to watch TV if you don't want to watch it in your room. You can use printer up to 10 pages. After 10 pages it will be .10 per page. During your stay You may message me during your stay if you have any questions.
