Our space features themed rooms that transport you to different worlds, each curated for a unique experience. The space This is the lower level of our two story home. The apartment has 2 entrances. This space features two living rooms, one kitchen and one kitchenette with dining area. It’s roughly 1,200 sqft. Since the apartment is on the lower level, it stays cooler. Both living rooms have A/C units to keep you cool when the sun comes through. There are either ceiling fans or other fans provided in each room. Please note, the ocean room is a pass through room. If you lock the door, the other bedrooms still have acres to a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Each side has its own entrance. Guest access Guest have access to the backyard with dining area, hanging chairs, hammock, lounge net and fire pit. Other things to note House Rules - No parties or unconfirmed overnight guests - Please recycle -To avoid a clogging fee, please use toilet paper only and not in excessive amounts - No oil down the drains - No smoking inside the house. Please discard cigarettes in the ash trays outside. - Small pets must be cleared in advance, with fee - Do not remove artwork, lamps or furniture from their rooms - Additional guests over 6, must be cleared in advance with a $25 fee per guest per night Before you check-out Check out is at NOON (12pm) - all doors should be closed and locked - return furniture to it’s original arrangement, if applicable - leave a few windows open for airflow - leave house keys in the kitchen and return lock box key, if removed - clean all dishes or load the dishwasher - May - September; A/C, heat, all lights, fans, and other electronics should be switched OFF October - May; leave heat at 55º upon check-out - take perishable food with you to avoid $25 fee - take all disposable cups, cutlery, plates with you to avoid $25 fee
