We are pleased to offer our guests a Universal EV Car Charger + complimentary Sandbanks Pass for use during their stay! We also have a 15" trampoline and all the indoor and outdoor games you can handle! Your family will be close to everything you want to experience in beautiful PEC when you stay at our brand new, centrally located home! A brand new deck and outdoor space is ready for you to enjoy in the summer! Our games room has darts (safety version), smart TV, DVDs, board games and the ULTIMATE: 60 video games in a retro-style video game table. Outside you can play Jenga, Ring Toss & Corn Hole! PLUS a 15' trampoline! Trampoline Use: Important Safety Notice The trampoline is available for guest use; however, it is used entirely at your own risk. By choosing to use the trampoline, you acknowledge and agree that you accept full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during its use. You agree to release and hold harmless the property owners from any and all liability, claims, or expenses arising from trampoline use. Trampoline will be set up and available for use from mid-May until end of September. We're on a Septic System! To maintain a healthy plumbing system and prevent costly repairs, ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER down the toilet, please and thanks! The following items should never be flushed: -Feminine hygiene products -Baby wipes -Butt wipes -Paper towels -Q-tips -Anything that says "flushable" - it's not .... Flushing these items can cause blockages in our plumbing and sewage systems. They do not break down like toilet paper and can lead to plumbing issues and environmental damage. Our system is monitored 24/7 and if there are any issues an alarm will sound. Proper Disposal Please use the disposal bags provided for these items. This ensures that they are disposed of safely and responsibly, keeping our plumbing systems and environment in good condition. Our property shares a driveway with access to a cemetary, but our neighbours are very quiet! :) The cemetary is clean, well maintained and home to bunnies & turtles.
