The dining area is ideally situated for everyone to gather and savour their meals while enjoying garden views. Upstairs, you’ll discover two charming bedrooms, both with exposed beams and dual-aspect windows. In the morning, wake up to the sight of the beautiful garden and enjoy a refreshing soak in the gleaming bathroom’s tub. Please note that children under 4 years old are not permitted due to the open staircase leading to the first floor. Outside, there is a designated patio area with a table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining. Additionally, there are expansive shared gardens with a lush lawn and a raised deck with a table and chairs overlooking a stream. The mill is located conveniently between the charming town of Llandysul (5 miles), rich in history and Welsh heritage, and the market town of Newcastle Emlyn (4.5 miles), with its array of antique stores and independent shops, as well as delightful pubs and cafes. You can also pay a visit to the National Wool Museum (1 mile). The coastline is not far away, with the seaside resort of Aberporth a 12-mile drive drive from the property. From here, you can easily explore the picturesque towns and villages along Cardigan Bay, including New Quay (17 miles) and the charming Aberaeron (19.5 miles).
