Located in the heart of the Rupt Valley of Mad in Lorraine, this accommodation located on site of 2 hectares Natura 2000 with private pond will allow you to spend a relaxing stay with your family, friends or colleagues. The accommodation has a capacity of 8 people: 4 people in the chalet and 2 people in each of the 2 bungalows. This place will delight nature lovers, fishermen, or even cyclists and walkers with many hiking trails nearby. The space The accommodation consists of 2 parts The entire site is EXCLUSIVELY reserved for you during your stay. (accommodation, garden, ponds, stream) Base rate is for 6 guests. For 6 people or fewer, the cottage + ONE bungalow on the 2 levels will be available. An option to use the second bungalow is available for €50, regardless of the length of the stay (upon request) Beyond 6 guests, you will have the chalet and the TWO bungalows. The renovated cottage consists of: - 1 full kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed - 1 sleeping area with 2 beds 90x200 - 1 living room with smart TV and karaoke speaker and microphones. - 1 veranda with foosball, 10-person table, 2 sofa beds and pellet stove - 1 shower room with toilet - 1 independent WC - 1 laundry room Each bungalow has a 140x190 bed and a shower room with toilet. Outside , you can enjoy the pond and creek for fishing ( regulated in the creek ) , but also a ping pong table, a badminton / volleyball net with necessities …or just rest on a lounge chair and enjoy the view and water runoff. For lovers of aquatic, aerial or flying activities, Lac de la Madine or Chambley are just a few minutes away. History enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to discover many historical sites and routes. All this, 30 min from Metz, 45 min from Verdun or 1 hour from Nancy, Luxembourg or Germany. Guest access The entire site is exclusively reserved for you during your stay (accommodation, garden, ponds, stream). The base price is for 6 guests. For 6 people or fewer, the chalet + ONE of the 2 bungalows will be available. An option to use the second bungalow is available at a rate of €50, regardless of the length of the stay.
