First-floor unit with convenient parking near the door. Unfortunately, we are not able to allow pets due to severe allergies. No smoking or vaping of any kind. The space The property was originally the Clar-Dor motel, built in the 1950s, when Route 20 was the major route for travel across the state. We acquired the property in 2022 and have been remodeling the rooms with modern style to create a home away from home to fit the needs of today's business traveler. Each unit is studio style with a small kitchen, private bath, and workspace. They laundry room is shared with all units. Machines are not coin operated. There is no charge to use the machines. Guest access Guests will access parking in front of each unit, a private studio-style apartment with private bath, along with the shared laundry room. Other things to note The location is near the corner of Routes 12 and 20. We also own the house on the property, along with the shop behind the building where Dwyer Real Estate and Sangerfield Equipment are located.
