Located in the sunny hamlet of Sollier, you will be 3 km from the south of Lake Annecy and 1.9 km from the shops of the village of Doussard. In a wing of our Savoyard house, your comfortable 46 m² apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a bright living room with a sofa bed, a cozy bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a separate toilet and a bathroom. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a wing of our Savoyard house with a separate entrance. What was only an attic has been transformed with taste and ingenuity into a comfortable apartment of 46 m². It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: ovens, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, high table, chairs... All overlooking a living room with a 160x200 sofa bed, coffee table and TV. At the back, the independent bedroom with storage, wardrobe and a 160 x 200 cm bed. In terms of bathrooms, you will have a separate toilet and a bathroom with sink, heated towel rail and a walk-in shower. A large bay window opens onto the balcony overlooking a beautiful vegetable garden where you can pick some vegetables in summer. Private parking on site closed by a gate. Guest access If you're feeling generous, you can use our planchas and Flamenkuche oven located in front of our house. In the garden in front of the apartment, a petanque court is at your disposal. Children can play under your supervision on a swing set in front of our house.
