Our accommodation can accommodate up to three guests, making it ideal for couples, small families or solo travelers looking for a break from everyday life. The space Space and comfort Our apartment impresses with its spacious layout and high-quality furnishings. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and promises restful sleep. Another single bed is available, so up to three people can stay comfortably. The bathroom is modernly designed and offers all amenities for your comfort. Private terrace and garden A highlight of our accommodation is the private terrace, which is directly adjacent to the huge garden. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or simply enjoy the fresh air and tranquility of nature. The spacious garden offers plenty of space for children to play or simply to relax. Small, modern kitchen Our small, modern kitchen offers everything you need. It is equipped with two hobs, a microwave with grill function, a rice cooker, a steamer and, if necessary, an additional induction wok. A fridge with freezer, kettle and espresso maker are also available. Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining area or on the terrace overlooking the garden. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy both the tranquility and beauty of nature as well as urban life. Access and room layout Our guests enjoy their own entrance to the house, which leads into a practical anteroom. Here you will find enough space for your suitcases and a wardrobe for your clothes. From the anteroom you can go directly into the cozy eat-in kitchen, which is ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Through the office you can reach the spacious garden, perfect for relaxing hours. A staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom, which adjoins a newly renovated spa shower bathroom. A special highlight is the balcony in the bedroom, which offers a magnificent view of the greenery and invites you to linger. In front of the entrance there is also a private parking space at your disposal, which provides additional comfort. Interaction with guests We, consisting of father, mother, daughter and son, live on the property in the main house. Our Airbnb is in the annex and is almost completely at your disposal. The office, which can be used as a transit room and workplace, also contains some of our private office items. However, you can always contact us – we will be happy to help or assist you with your travel plans. We will personally receive you at check-in and say goodbye at check-out.
