Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside the home. 🔑 Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire home except: Locked owner’s closets Garage 📋 Important Notes & Community Fees Arrowhead Lake requires mandatory, non-refundable community fees paid directly to the Arrowhead Lake Association after booking (fees not included in the quoted price): Transaction Fee: $20 (per rental) Gate Access Card: $20 (per vehicle) Temporary Membership (29 or less days)(ages 6+): → $2/day (off-season) → $8.50/day or $42.50/week (summer) → Book 3 days or more in advance, no rush fee →Book 1-2 days before checkin, HOA charges $150 "rush" fee →Same day bookings not allowed Long Term Membership (30 days or more) → ALL FEES INCLUDED → Lease is required for anything over 30 days.
