The space The apartment is distributed in three bedrooms each with two single beds, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a laundry room and a full bathroom. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and towels. Guest access Guests rent the entire apartment but will only have access to the beds corresponding to their reservation. It is forbidden to host or make use of the apartment to people who are not on the reservation sheet. In the event of a penalty by the authorities, the unregistered visitor will bear the cost of the penalty for not communicating their stay in the apartment. Other things to note CHECK-IN CONDITIONS: Upon signing the temporary contract and handing over the keys, the costs for supplies and contract management must be paid by card or through Airbnb. DEPOSIT: Through Airbnb. €500 = Bookings 1 month up to 3 months. €180 = Water, electricity, gas supplies. Every month of booking. €120 = Mandatory final cleaning, one-time payment. 10% X Month = Contract and service management fee, of the total booking. Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm. If you arrive after 8:00 pm and until 9:00 am, an extra late check-in fee will be applied.
