Guest access You’ll have full access to the private exterior entrance, the basement apartment, and the private fenced sitting area. Other things to note Permit# 26-102836STRL Occupancy MAX per county rules: 2 For longterm stays of 28+ days an application process is required & we do not accept anyone with previous evictions, violent criminal history etc as allowed by law. We will need a copy of your drivers license at lease signing and a security deposit maybe required. To book a longterm stay, send a booking inquiry by clicking on the “Contact Host” link. Once received, we will send the application packet. Once approved, we will then send the lease agreement & pre approved booking for payment through Airbnb. We've equipped the basement apartment with extra blankets, a space heater, fan, pots and pans, a washer and dryer, and everything you'll need for your stay. If you have specific needs for something not listed please reach out. The basement apartment bathroom has a stand up shower but no bathtub. One guest has reported the shower as “small”. It is functional, and accurately depicted in the photos, but it is not the size of a shower/tub combo. If you have questions/concerns about this please reach out before booking.
