Adjacent to family friendly park, a short distance to Tampa International Airport, downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Busch Gardens, International Plaza, and a quick 25 miles from St. Pete Beach & Clearwater Beach. ✨ The space • 3 bedrooms with pillows, sheets, linens, and blankets. • 2 bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, hair dryer and hand towels. • Comfortably sleeps 7 guests, but house can accommodate 8-9 guests. Shed is private property. Other things to note •This is our second home. We require all guests to tidy up and respect our space to the best of their ability. Additional cleaning fees can apply, if house is left beyond a regular cleaning. •No parties or gatherings of any kind. [This is a quiet neighborhood, parties are a strict violation of house rules.] • No smoking or vaping on property or inside/outside of home. • Keep all music and noises to a low level to be respectful and mindful of neighbors. • No additional guests at house without prior approval of host. •We kindly as you to please tidy up & treat this space as your own. This is our second home! 🏡 • Pets can be negotiated - based on host approval. • Patio door is to remain closed to prevent/minimize bugs from entering screened in pool area. •Keep outdoor tv box closed. • No running or diving in the pool area, swim with caution. •Use extreme caution when swimming. • Pool is cleaned/maintained every Friday by pool servicing company, to ensure optimal cleanliness. Guests will not be disrupted. • Please keep windows and doors closed when AC is on, to maintain optimal temperature and prevent damage to unit. •Please do not put AC below 68 degrees. • Garbage pick up is every Monday and Friday. Guests staying on Sunday and Thursday nights, please place garbage/recycle cans on the curbside.
