The Wizarding House

This three storey townhouse is a perfect blend of Harry Potter decor and stylish design. All muggles, whether you are a Harry Potter fan or not, will appreciate the unique style of this house, especially with it being just a 10 minute walk from the Harry Potter studio tour. This spacious property consists of three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, a separate bathroom, a large kitchen/diner and living room, ensuring you will have everything you need for an exciting, yet relaxing stay. The space Ground Floor - Entrance Hall - Platform 9 3/4 Themed on the world famous kings cross station, begin your journey through the house, the same way that the journeys began to Hogwarts. Don't miss the photo opportunity with the trolley before it disappears through the wall. - Kitchen/Diner - The Great Hall Whether its gathering around the Great Hall Inspired dining table, or admiring the limited edition Hogwarts Express Lego set, this space is perfect to bring everyone together. Just try not too be too loud, as Harry maybe asleep in the cupboard under the stairs ;-) This beautifully decorated and modern space is perfect for spending time with friends and Family. Fully equipped with two ovens, American Style fridge freezer, and a dishwasher integrated within the centre island. - Utility Room / Toilet In addition to the toilet, this room comes Fully equipped with both Washing Machine & Tumble dryer. The room has been decorated with "minalima" Deluxe Wizarding Books wallpaper, I wonder how many books you will recognize? - Garden At the rear of the house, you will find a beautifully presented garden, separated with both a stone patio area and an artificial grass section. The patio has an outdoor table and seating area, should you wish to dine al fresco, or simply relax and read a book (if you can ignore the screaming mandrake). There is an external light which can be operated from within the house. - Front Drive There is off road parking at the front of the property for 2 cars, with access to one electric car charging point (at no extra cost) First floor - Living Room - 12 Grimmauld Place After you take a trip up the first staircase guided by wands and wizardry, you enter into the living room and you're encapsulated within the Sirius Black Family Tree Tapestry. After a long day exploring the studios, Relax and watch your favourite film on the extremely comfortable corner sofa. - Bedroom 2 - Slytherin If its a comfortable nights sleep, or a long hot soak in the shower, this room gives you the option of both. The only bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, this room also comes equipped with a double bed and plenty of storage space. Second Floor - Bedroom 1 - Avis Peaceful, Calming and Relaxing, are three words best used to describe this large master bedroom. The ideal spot for a perfect nights sleep in the King size bed after a long day on your feet. - Bedroom 3 - Gryffindor Ever wondered what bedtime felt like for Harry, well this is as close as it gets. Nestle into this cosy double bed surrounded by beautifully thought out decor, and drift away without a thought in your mind about "He who cannot be named" - Bathroom - Ministry of Magic Relax in the enclosed shower and let your mind drift away, whilst spending time in this elegantly designed bathroom. From the wonderfully thought out tiles on the floor and walls, to the finishing gold touches, it really does feel like you're in the ministry itself. Just make sure you use the shower gel and don't mix it up with the Polyjuice potion. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including a driveway for two small cars and a private back garden. You will access the property using keys that will be stored in the lock box, and the code for this will be provided to you 48 hours before check in. Other things to note Upon arrival you will have access to key amenities - There will be tea, coffee, sugar and milk available so that you can have a nice welcoming drink, if you have not had time to stock up beforehand. We will also supply shower gel, shampoo and conditioner should you need a quick freshen up on arrival. Bath towels are provided for each guest, along with hand towels and tea-towels for general use. Please can we ask that you leave these in the shower at the end of your stay (tea-towels to be left in the kitchen sink). Supplies for washing up and clothes washing will also be provided. Please note that all of these items are part of a Welcome Pack. Should you need to top up on any amenities, you can do so at any of the local shops. Electric vehicle charging for one vehicle at a time is also available at the property at no additional cost. Charging cables are not provided and these will need to be supplied by yourself.
