The La Rocchetta apartment is a newly opened property. Located in a typical and characteristic central street of the city of Angera, it allows you to reach the beach and the lake with a walk of only 5 minutes. The property is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, there is an open space consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and a smart TV, and a kitchenette with a dining table. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with a window and a shower. You can find the sofa that you can quickly transform into a comfortable one and a half square bed suitable for an adult or possibly two children. The smart TV works via Wi-Fi and you can watch the various streaming platforms (with your own account) to enjoy moments of relaxation. ☕️ Also in this room there is a comfortable kitchenette where you can prepare rich breakfasts or heat food already cooked thanks to a microwave oven and an induction hob. There is a fridge/freezer where there will be two bottles of 0.5 l natural and sparkling water. The usb sockets next to the bed allow you to charge your portable devices. 💻Also in this room there is a desk with multi electrical outlet where you can concentrate to work or study on the computer thanks to the Wi-Fi included for guests . The second level of the apartment🚿 completes the bathroom with a 85x70 shower, a hanging sink with LED mirror, toilet and bidet. The bathroom kit includes: assorted personal towels, hairdryer, shampoo, body gel, and hand soap. La Rocchetta is a new reality born and designed to host couples and families or friends thanks to the possibility of sleeping in two beds and two separate rooms.
