This property is near a working train. Bird life is plentiful and can be enjoyed in the mornings and at certain times you can catch sightings of rabbits and squirrels while sitting in the front or back porches, truly a southern experience in a very private country setting. You will feel like you are in a quaint country hideaway while having all of the city benefits at your convenience. This Library is spacious and unique, preserved to it's original state. ~ Principal Bedroom With Attached Principal Bath: Queen size bed (Sleeps 2). Dedicated work space and chair tailored for the remote working professionals. Principal Bathroom is private, spacious, luxurious and fully renovated. Three (3) closets. ~ 2nd Bedroom: Full size bed (Sleeps 1-2). Dedicated work space and chair. Closet. ~ 3rd Bedroom: Two (2) twin size beds (Sleeps 2). If there is evidence of smoking including odor there will be an additional fee of $500. > There are off-setting levels of a few inches between some rooms making this space not wheelchair or handicap accessible/equipped. > It is PROHIBITED to access all other structures on the property including the Barn and Shed as these are currently undergoing renovations. > Restrictions apply to ALL complementary items (toiletries, sheets, towels, paper goods) based on the duration of the stay and number of guests.
