This house is an excellent home base, no matter what brings you to Everett. The space A quiet neighborhood in the center of it all. It is a small (1080sqft) two story house, built in 1927 by Edward Donovan and lovingly updated over the years. • The main floor has a circular floorplan with one bedroom, one bathroom, the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. • The upstairs has a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second, smaller bedroom. • The covered deck has a full sized dining table and plenty of seating for all season outdoor living. • The front porch is south facing and elevated for all day sun. • The yard is fully fenced, with a gated driveway. Guest access The house has convenient keypad access. Guests will have private access to the house and fully enclosed deck. Guests will have full use of the backyard. The unfinished basement is closed and locked for owner storage Other things to note We welcome pets into our home under special circumstances. Blankets to protect furniture and basic necessities will be provided. All pets must be house trained and well behaved inside and outside. Dogs are more than welcome in our gated backyard, but please do not leave them unattended for any long stretch of time.
