Coastal Columbus Getaway- kid & pet friendly!

Welcome to our modern coastal getaway in the charming Evans Farm neighborhood! It is 4 bedrooms (6 beds) 4.5 baths and is family & pet friendly with fun for kids & adults alike, and a fenced in yard for your furry family member. Take a short walk in the neighborhood for food, drinks, dessert and more! We comfortably sleep 10 in beds (couches/air mattress also available). Come catch a Buckeyes game (26 mins), enjoy a lake day (5 mins), visit Columbus Zoo (20 mins) or just have a peaceful escape! The space Property: -Built in 2023 with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms -Sleeps 10 in beds comfortably! 4 Kings and 2 Twin beds as well as 3 air mattresses (2 queen, 1 twin). -Each bedroom has its own smart TV. While each king bed has a duvet, we do provide plenty of extra linens and quilts/comforters. -One master with en suite and walk in shower and walk in closet is located on the first floor. Premium black out shades provide a great environment for sleep! -On the second floor are two bedrooms both with kind sized beds and one with an additional twin bed. These rooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. -On the lower level is the 4th bedroom with a king sized bed and twin bed with a separate bathroom and walk in shower. -Open floor plan with kitchen, living room, and dining area providing a great entertaining space. -Kitchen/dining area seats 17. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and hosting. Different coffee options are available including a Keurig, coffee pot, and French press. A ninja grill, slow cooker, and Instapot are also available. -An office on the first floor also includes an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. -Mud room stocked with outdoor games and Laundry room are on the first floor off of the kitchen. -Gym is located on the lower level and includes a peloton, free weights, and bands/yoga equipment. -NEW: Game room including shuffleboard, foosball, and skee-ball. -Entertainment options continue on the lower level with bar area, living area, and kids play area. An array of adult board games and card games are also provided. -KID FRIENDLY! We provide a kid friendly atmosphere with kids games and toys located downstairs suitable for all ages including infants. We also provide kids dinnerware including sippy cups, bibs, plates/bowls, and utensils. A high chair, pack n play (with sheets), and soft mats are also provided. -We do our best to keep the home stocked with amenities that will make you feel at home. **twin beds were recently added and are not pictured** Outdoor -Covered patio with outdoor dining table. -3 burner grill. Grilling utensils are provided. **Propane is not provided. -Fenced in back yard perfect for your furry family member! -Yard games (jenga, connect 4, badminton, bowling, bocce ball, mini corn hole, soccer nets, sprinkler, and a football and a volleyball are provided) Neighborhood: - Evans Farm is a walkable, family friendly neighborhood with fun for everyone! -pickle ball courts located at front of neighborhood by brewery (paddles and balls provided in home) -children’s playground if you take a right out of the house and then a right at the first stop sign -green space across the street to the right is a dog friendly area with clean up bags provided -green space across and to the left includes a community fire pit and tables for picnics The neighborhood also includes: -ice cream shop (CRMD) with a speak easy in the back if you go through Coca Cola door -cookie shop (CRAVE) -taco restaurant (Yabo’s tacos) -brewery and coffee shop that is kid friendly with daily food trucks and live music on select days (Standardized Brewing) -pizza shop (Sexton’s Pizza) -hair/nail/skin salon with coffee and cocktails (Collective: Style and Social House) -Medspa (Donaldson) -gym and wellness center (the 1 Fitness) -tanning salon (The Bronzing Bar) -Jennings Sports Complex is adjacent to the neighborhood Guest access Guests are welcome to use all spaces except garage which is used for storage. There are a few locked closets as well.
