The space The property is five minutes from Parque Europeu Shopping Mall, three minutes from two bakeries for an excellent family breakfast, 1 minute from the urban bus terminal, 15 minutes from Vila Germânica, where Oktoberfest takes place, and where there are bars and restaurants with typical German food and local beers all year round! We are a 35-minute drive from Alles Park in Pomerode, a place with many attractions, including snow all year round. Guest service also in English and Spanish! Guest access Guests have free access to the rented house, the barbecue area, the parking space, the garden and the swimming pool area! As soon as they check in, they receive control of the main gate for vehicles with access to the patio and garage and keys to the social gate. They arrive and leave whenever they want, 24 hours a day. Other things to note The owner is a Master Brewer who won a Gold Medal in an English IPA in 2022 at the CBC (Brazilian Beer Competition) and a Bronze Medal with a Guava WHEAT BEER in 2021 at the same competition. He produces some types of special beers that you can taste and even buy some items if you wish and, if you like, individually or in a group, learn how to make craft beer by previously arranging a date, format and prices.
