Our attached open lot provides plenty of extra parking for boats, trailers, and other watercraft, etc. Enjoy a refreshing backyard swimming pool (sorry, it's not heated) and outdoor patio space. We are a quick 3 minute drive from groceries, 5 minutes from downtown and 7 minutes from the world famous London Bridge. The space Welcome to our labor of love and work in progress. My husband and I have been working tirelessly for two+ years updating my childhood home to share with you, our guests. Our 1352 square foot family home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior living space has been newly updated and remodeled. Our home features keyless entry and free guest wi-fi throughout. All TVs in the house include app-based entertainment. You also have the option of bringing your own devices to plug in if you desire. Each bedroom features wireless charger bedside lamps and a modern ceiling fan with dimmable overhead light and 3 fan speed settings. Room darkening curtains in each room keep you cool and help you sleep. All beds feature mid century inspired bedding and plenty of comfy pillow options to suit your personal preferences. Bedroom #1, the primary bedroom includes a king bed with premium linens, floating nightstands with wireless charger/touch lamps, a 32" TV and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #2, the orange room features a corner desk workspace with USB connections and built in wireless phone charger. The queen bed features a comfortable memory foam mattress and bright linens. Two vintage Heywood Wakefield nightstands hold your wireless charger/lamp combos. A 42" app-based TV setup included for your entertainment. Bedroom #3, the kids room features a full and twin sized vintage Heywood Wakefield dogbone bed. Two touch lamp wireless chargers are included with removable battery powered light sources. This room also has a 32" fire TV setup with free entertainment. The dining area features a round tulip style table with seating for 5 and an additional 3 seats at the counter height bar. Our living room has plenty of seating for everyone with a large mid century style sectional, a replica Herman Miller Eames chair and an additional bright chair and ottoman. The fully outfitted kitchen features all new appliances and a modern coffee maker and air fryer toaster oven. Also included is a hot/cold RO drinking water dispenser. We have also provided fun atomic style melamine dishes and drinkware safe for the pool area as well as wine and beer glasses for indoor use. Linens, towels and pool towels are provided for the number of guests visiting. Washer and dryer are available for use. Easy to use Ecobee smart thermostat installed to keep you comfortable. We paid special attention to details to make our home extra special for everyone. We hope you enjoy your stay. Most visitors do not have difficulty navigating this area and prefer to park in this area rather than in tandem on the driveway.
