Riverside charming house

Charming house overlooking the river Seine, comfy and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, 3 bedrooms. I have taken great care of the decoration, and I am happy to propose it to travellers:) Treat yourself to a getaway in Burgundy, you'll appreciate the many activities, tourist attractions and gourmet delights this area has to offer - I'll give you the best addresses! Excellent Wifi. The house is not suitable for children under 10 as the river runs through the garden and stairs are steep. The space The house is 100 m2 on three levels on the groundfloor: a large kitchen-dining room with wood stove, and a cosy television room . The 1st floor comprises a bathroom with a bathtub, separate wc, a large landing and two small bedrooms. On the 2nd floor : a large attic bedroom and dressing room with a desk. There is also a rustic yet very cool summer barn with sofas and a large table for meals. Terraces on both sides allow you to enjoy the sunshine whatever the time of day.
