Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. This large bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple or single person. You will find calm because it overlooks the garden. Fully equipped, with dishes and bedding it is fully furnished. 10 minutes from the city center and the beach by transport or by car (free parking at the bottom of the residence). The space Large living room/kitchen (30m2) and bedroom (13m2) and bathroom (9m2), entrance hallway. Large terraces overlooking the living room and bedroom. Guest access Living room-kitchen, 2 terraces, bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note I keep a room (locked in this home). However, since I live there the rest of the time, I leave personal belongings in the apartment. So I'm looking for a trusted person to stay. I will of course make room in the wardrobes and clothing rack. In summer I will ask in exchange for a lower nightly rate to water the few plants that are on the terraces (every 2/3 days).
