Sleeping Arrangements & Bathroom • Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with wall lights, closet space, and 32” Smart tv • Living Room: Additional sleeping space suitable for children or extra guests on a pull out queen sofa sleeper, lamp, and 43” smart tv • Bathroom: Full bathroom with walk-in shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries provided. Kitchen & Dining • Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including: • Refrigerator • Electric stove and oven • Microwave • Coffee maker • Toaster • Cookware and dinnerware provided for your convenience. • Dining area with barstool seating for 4, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. Other Things to Note • Maximum occupancy: 4 people (including children). Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction without refund. • No pets allowed on furniture or sheets and they must be on booking prior to arrival • No smoking inside the cabin. Any buds outside must be properly disposed. • No parties or events permitted. • Minimum age to rent: 21 years. The booking individual must be present during the stay. • Firewood: A starter pack of 6 pieces is provided. Additional bundles are available for $10 each if arranged in advance, or $20 delivery fee additional during your stay. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, coffee (K-Cup pods), and spices will be provided for your stay. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, towels, and linens. Please be aware that hunting is NOT permitted on the adjacent Corps of Engineers land. There are also times when Burleson County enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1,000. Please check online or with host for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor fire pit.
