Great little house in the Cantabrian style. Take the whole family to this fantastic accommodation that has plenty of space to have fun, enjoy and disconnect in the middle of nature. A small town that was the best in Cantabria in 2018. Note: - The house has three floors, full rental of one of them. - 20 minutes from Santander, 10 minutes from Cabarceno Park and 15 minutes from the nearest beach. - We have activities as an active tourism company, such as horseback riding. The space The house has three floors, one as a private garage of the owners, the middle floor would be the one rented in full and without any communication to either of the other floors. And finally an apartment above, used by the landlords (we are not always there). Unfenced garden. Guest access The front is common for landlords and tenants. Tenants are not allowed to enter the back. Sorry for the inconvenience. Other things to note In order to avoid confusion or misunderstandings, I would like to point out again that the entire rented floor without communication is the middle one, upstairs there is an apartment of the landlords (we are not always there) and downstairs a private garage. The back of the house is forbidden to pass and if there are animals in the adjacent meadow and you bring pets, be careful not to release them. Thank you.
