The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily cook for the whole group. You will find, in particular, a stovetop with 3 ovens, a microwave, 2 fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, a Cookeo, two coffee makers (filter and Senseo), a kettle, a teapot, a blender, as well as all the dishes you need to share good meals together. Two high chairs and child-friendly dishes are also available. The warm and friendly living room welcomes you around the pellet stove. The king-size beds can be split into single beds, or vice versa, upon request to adapt the configuration to your group. 🛁 The bathrooms • A large bathroom with bathtub and 90 x 120 cm shower • A second shower room • A separate toilet upstairs Two hairdryers are available. You can enjoy: • 7-seater hot tub under a gazebo • A south-facing terrace. • A second, more shaded terrace to the north with a view of the garden • A pétanque court (provencal ball game). • A ping pong table and racquet games • Plenty of shaded areas under the trees 🚗 Parking The enclosed courtyard can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Additional spaces are also available in front of the property. 🤝 A discreet but available presence The cottage is called "À Côté" because we simply live in the house right next door with our two children. This proximity allows us to be easily available if needed while fully respecting your tranquility. We will be happy to give you a warm welcome and help you make the most of your stay in Champagne. Guest access 🌳 You can enjoy the entire property: house, 5,000 m² garden, and fully fenced courtyard. All areas are private and exclusively reserved for your group for a stay in complete serenity. Other things to note 🌿 In order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the comfort of everyone, parties and events are not permitted. The cottage does not accept pets, and we thank you for respecting the quiet of the neighborhood as well as the premises during your stay. 🔑 Self check-in from 5:00 PM using a lockbox. The gate will be open to make it easier for you to settle in. 😊 We will come by to greet you within a few hours of your arrival to answer any questions you may have and to make sure everything is going smoothly. 👋 Check-out before 11:00 am. ✨ For added convenience and depending on our availability, early check-in or late check-out can be offered on request, for an additional fee... so you can enjoy the place a little longer (and we understand that 😉).
