Located in the vineyards of South West Marnais, between Sézanne, Epernay, Troyes and Provins and only 1 hr 20 min from Paris. A relaxing and rejuvenating setting. The spaces are large so you can enjoy the house, outdoors and the 7-seater spa as a group. The space You will enter a spacious entrance equipped with coat racks and shoe storage and a toilet. Kitchen with plenty of storage, fridge freezer, Cookeo, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, blender, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, and plenty of dishes ready to accommodate everyone for good times together. 2 high chairs with children's dishes will be available to you. A cozy living room with its large majestic table, and cozy sofas, by the pellet stove and the TV with internet access and the piano. The wooden staircase will take you to the 5 bedrooms with a high ceiling and exposed beams. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower 90 x 12000. A toilet A second shower room. 2 hair dryers are available. Towels will be provided. Baby bath and bouncer available. Baby bath with bath seat is available. As well as a changing mat. Bedroom 1 – "green" 1 king size bed 180 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 200, dressing room. Bedroom with a staircase. with children's play area on the mezzanine. Bedroom 2 - "blue" 1 king size bed 180 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 200, walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 - "pink" 1 king size bed 180 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200, walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 - "orange" 1 bed 140 x 190, dresser Bedroom 5 - "traversante" 1 bed 140 x 190. As its nickname suggests, it is a cross room for the pink and green room. All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains. Rooms are modular on request, king size beds can be separated, and single beds can be joined. 2 baby cribs with extra mattresses are available for young children, as well as a baby bouncer. When booking, please let me know the layout of the rooms, so that on arrival, they are arranged to your liking, with the beds made. There is a laundry with washing machine available for your use, with clothes rack, ironing board and iron. A ping pong table and racquet games are available outside. The Spa kiosk invites you to relax with its 7-seater Jacuzzi, its south-facing terrace, will allow you to have a pleasant stay, with a view of the entire garden. A terrace at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy the view of the 5000 m2 of garden with large trees that will allow you to take a walk in the cool and shade of the sun. A bowling alley is available for amateurs. A closed courtyard allows parking for 5 vehicles, as well as additional parking in front of the house. The house is located in the heart of the village, and we will ask you to respect the neighborhood and the peaceful calm of this village, by reducing noise pollution from 11pm. We will end with the name of our cottage, named "Next Door". Simply because my husband and I, with our two children, live in the house right "next door". This will reassure you that we will provide you with the best service so that you can enjoy your stay in Champagne to the fullest. Guest access The entire house is available and reserved for our guests. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. No pets allowed.
