Based right at the foot of Cairngorm, Glenmore Lodge is the National Outdoor Training Centre for Scotland. We're perfectly located for exploring this spectacular part of the Cairngorms National Park, whether you're adventure looks like a stroll along the beach at Loch Morlich, or hiking in some of the highest mountains of the UK. We offer warm and comfortable en-suite rooms, unique facilities, a friendly atmosphere, and an inspiring location. The space As National Outdoor Training Centre, Glenmore Lodge is set up to be the ideal base for outdoor adventures. We deliver skills training and qualifications, and sometimes host events as well. During your stay, there will likely be other customers around the centre attending courses and for other events. Your room will be warm and comfortable. Our scenic grounds offer views of Cairngorm and there are ideal walks for all ability levels from the door. In a quiet location, you'll be guaranteed a good night's sleep before and after your adventures exploring the stunning surrounding area. Please note there is no TV or minifridge. Guest access Outwith your comfortable room, you'll be able to access: Lochain Bar: open from 17.00-23.00. Secure drying room. Secure bike storage. Small pool available, no lifeguard and minimum 2 in pool at any one time. Pool is designed for kayak rolling practice, but can be used for swimming.
