The space As you approach the property, you'll be captivated by its charming exterior, painted in coastal hues that perfectly complement the surrounding natural beauty. The house itself exudes a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, inviting you to unwind and embrace the laid-back beach lifestyle. And to add to the convenience, the beach house offers a coveted single parking spot, a rare luxury in this area. The ground floor features large windows offering views of bustling Seabright Ave, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up delicious meals for family and friends, a small dining area, a full bathroom and laundry room for added convenience as well as a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair. There are two twin blow-up mattress available with new linens and pillows to make a cozy fort for the kids downstairs for a total of six people. Step outside onto the private backyard patio, where you'll find a table and chairs, providing a delightful space to enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax in the fresh coastal air. We also provide bikes for you to cruise around the area, chairs and an umbrella for lounging on the beach, and boogie boards if you dare to surf the local waves. The outdoor shower has hot water to enjoy rinsing the sand off after spending a day at the beach in the California sun! As you make your way upstairs, you'll find a spacious master bedroom where guests will have ample space to relax and recharge after a day of beach adventures. The master bathroom boasts a tub shower with all the necessary essentials, and extra bedding is provided in case you get chilly at night. The second bedroom features a cozy, beachy feel, a comfortable queen bed, a large dresser for all your belongings and found treasures. The highlight of the beach house is undoubtedly the upstairs sunroom, quirkily located just off the master bathroom. From there, you can enjoy an exquisite view of the ocean and the beach, perfect for watching the sunset or sipping your morning coffee. Open the large windows to let in the ocean breeze and experience those refreshing negative ions. Located just steps away from the sandy shores of Seabright Beach, you'll have easy access to endless water activities.
