A smaller space with a large personality! 1 couch w/ pull-out Queen in main living room, 1 additional couch in sunroom w/pull out Queen Bed, large dining table as well as small breakfast table in Sunroom. House situated on over 2 acres, has a large set of stairs leading to private dock, situated right on the Main Channel of the lake with a small beach (when water level below 302). Gorgeous back yard, hardscape with new deck and hot tub, perfect for having guests pop in for lunch or dinner. U-shaped front drive (ample parking). House comes fully furnished and stocked with essential items - enough to get you started! Amazing space for a romantic getaway, a couples weekend, a private quiet lakefront escape or a smaller family retreat. Please keep in mind the water level is controlled by the Army Corps of Engineers: with substantial rainfall and with being on the main channel, the beach area may not be always be accessible. The home is pet friendly but dogs must be disclosed in the initial reservation requests.
