Romantic barn with sauna

The renovated barn features high ceilings in the living area, a cozy stove, access to the rooftop terrace. The lower floor includes a bathroom + two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. There is a sauna :-) and access to the private garden with a pond. A newly built playground with various play options is located nearby. The barn is situated in the backyard of a house where a family lives. WiFi reception is currently very poor. The space You are renting the whole barn with garden. The apartment is heated with gas and a wood stove. The garden is fenced, but small dogs might be able to slip under the gate. The apartment is located directly by the Ahr river, so you have a beautiful green view from the terrace. The 30 sqm terrace is perfect for making a BBQ. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use the sauna. A fee of €10 per session applies. Each guest will have a large towel provided. Beds are made, and no bed linen is required. The kitchen is fully equipped, and oil, vinegar, and spices are available. Guest access I will explain how you can enter the barn.
