Additionally there is an interior laundry room for your convenience. The neighborhood offers close proximity to various stores and restaurants Via: The Avenues in Viera, ensuring that you have everything you need within reach. A City of Rockledge park just around the corner provides opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation. Whether you're here for work or play, our spacious house in Rockledge is the perfect base for exploring the USSSA Complex, enjoying the nearby beaches, and easily accessing the attractions of the space Coast and Orlando. Other things to note We do not allow mailbox access at this address. While we love all furry friends, we ONLY allow 1 small dog at this property. Please request your pet before booking as we reserve the right to allow them there is also a 40.00 pet fee associated with the reservation. You will notice the gravel parking area we have our trailer parked there. Interaction with Guests: Our front door keypad let you arrive and check yourselves in with your personal door code, but we’re here if you need us. Message us on the app if you need anything during your stay. For urgent matters, call the number provided. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: We strictly abide by the "Good Neighbor Policy" your full security deposit is at risk if we have an incident with police or neighbors. Please only park in designated area e.g. driveway and carport. No loud noise (music, party, fireworks, etc.) Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. We respect the rules of the community as well as the requests of the neighbors.
