The space This is a beautiful four-story house, fully equipped for up to ten people. - First floor or basement: Jacuzzi (10 people), BBQ area, kitchen, dining table, 58 inch smart TV, half bath and access to the garden. - Main floor: kitchen area, dining room and main living room with wood-burning fireplace, 50-inch smart TV and balcony overlooking the mountains. - Middle floor: laundry room (washer), garage for two cars with electric gate, and half bathroom. - Upstairs: master bedroom with full bathroom and 50-inch smart TV, two bedrooms, full bathroom and library (equipped with board games, sofa bed and 55-inch smart TV). The bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the mountains. For your convenience we provide a small pantry with coffee, sugar, salt, and oil. We also have high speed internet (30 gigas) ideal for teleworking. For your security the house has two security cameras, one located outside the garage and the other inside the garage. It also has a modern anti-theft alarm system. A two-hour hydromassage session in the jacuzzi is included with the reservation of the house. For the enjoyment of additional sessions, $20 per extra session must be paid. Before booking, please read the entire ‘Important Information and Disclaimers’ section and the ‘House Rules’ to ensure that the property perfectly matches your expectations. Guest access We have an electronic key at the front door of the house. Hours before your arrival, we will be indicating the respective entrance code. Check-in time: from 3 p.m. onwards. Departure time: 11 a.m. Other things to note The number of people authorized to stay in the house, will be only and strictly those indicated in the reservation. If for any reason additional people are included, you must indicate it in order to proceed with the respective additional payment. Although the house offers good insulation, it is possible that, occasionally, the noise of trucks or heavy traffic may be heard, especially from the balconies or outdoor areas. Recommendation: If you are particularly sensitive to noise, we suggest using earplugs (available at most pharmacies) or keeping the windows closed during peak traffic hours. 🐛 About Local Wildlife (Insects) Presence of Hornets (Beetles) in May: During the month of May (rainy season or spring), it is common to see hornets (large non-poisonous beetles) on the balconies. Prevention: It is crucial to keep balcony doors and windows tightly closed, especially at dusk. If left open, these insects could enter the house. If you find any, please use a dustpan and broom to remove them outside. 🐈 About the Neighborhood (Pets) Presence of Neighbors' Cats: We want to inform you that several neighbors have adopted the practice of keeping or feeding many cats in the vicinity. This situation is beyond our direct control. Mandatory Rule: To avoid inconveniences, it is STRICTLY NECESSARY to take care to NEVER leave entrance doors, balcony doors, or windows open and unattended. Cats can quickly enter the property in search of food. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the loss or consumption of guests' food if a cat enters because a door or window was left open.
