Kitchen: Sit in kitchen/dining with dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and oven (gas top/electric fan forced oven). Lounge: Leather modular lounge suite features a large screen TV. Heating/Cooling: Evaporative whole house cooling + reverse cycle air conditioning/heating in lounge and bedroom 1. Gas heating option in lounge (Winter/cooler periods).
