This is the most amazing place set in it's own four acre field. Pixie Woods has a huge comfortable tipi and a very well equipped shepherd hut kitchen. Step into the woods and you'll find your private bathroom area with a hot shower and compost toilet. Send the kids into the woods to build a den or up to the farm to meet the animals, light a camp fire and relax. Everything you need is here, our village has a fabulous pub and a very well stocked local shop. there is no electricity in this space The space Pixie Woods has 5 comfortable beds (one double and three singles) plus one chair that can fold down into an extra bed, a lounge area with two comfy chairs and a sofa. Rugs on the floor and a central internal gas firepit. All the bedding and linen is provided but we do ask guests if they could please bring their own towels. It is beautifully decorated and there is also a small kiddy corner with a few toys and board games Outside there is a large open ended shepherd hut which is the kitchen area. This contains – table and chairs, twin gas hob, all the pots, pans, kettle, cutlery, mugs, glasses, cool box. Salt n pepper, cooking oil, tea and coffee, sugar. Fire starter kit There is another firepit outside with a BBQ tripod and all the logs you will need (no charge for logs but you do have to chop your own, the axe is provided) Guests may want to bring their own charcoal. Walk into the woods and you will find your own private shower hut with hot mains water. There is also a large sink for washing up. There is another separate hut which is your own compost toilet. Pixie is situated in its own 4 acre field in a beautiful secluded spot, tucked away in a small valley and out of the wind. I am here to transport guests down to the site with all their luggage in my old landy. Guests can use the whole farm as their own, we have many friendly animals wandering around. Including lambs and piglets. We do allow dogs and Pixie has a stock proof fence around it to keep the sheep out. Guest access while you are staying with us you can explore the whole of the farm. if you come to a hedge that you can get through then that's our boundary. If the fields are dry then some vehicles can drive right to the Tipi door but don't worry if it's wet as I can transport you and your luggage down the fields in my old landy. Other things to note we are very lucky to have a Pagan tree circle on our farm which is the centre point of Devon and also has the main west to east leyline running right through us and on to Glastonbury
