To ensure security and convenience,we do not mix guest with others. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. It is a place where you can enjoy lounging on the large covered patio overlooking the garden area. Where you can relax and have a cup of tea or coffee with family or friends. Kindly use the provided indoor slippers upon entering to help us keep the house floor spotless,ensuring a sparkling environment for everyone’s enjoyment. Guest access This is furnished with basic kitchen and eating tools (Gas Range,Rice cooker,electric kettle,plates,spoon and fork,toaster etc.) *The house is equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms , living room and kitchen,except for the patio. • with coffee,sugar,creamer,tea •with dining table with 6 chairs •with 5 seater sofa •with inverter refrigerator •with shower heater in the bathroom •high speed WIFI •with parking for vehicles up to 10 cars •with TV (however,you can only use it for movies if you have flash drive movies stored, NETFLIX and YOUTUBE) •with toiletries like towels,shampoo,conditioner,liquid soap and tissue) Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE •Check-in time starts at 2pm, while check-out time is on 11am. Extensions are only allowed if late check-out has been approved. If you need to check-out earlier than 11am. Kindly inform us in advance so we can assist you. Extension for the next day will depend on availability. •The designated quiet hours in the house are from 10pm to 8am. It is important to refrain from disrupting the peaceful environment of the house but out of respect for neighbors. •Only the number of guests specified during the booking process will be permitted to check-in. •Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house,outside the house is okay. •Guests are welcome to use kitchen for light cooking during their stay. •Please ensure that all amenities and the house are treated with care and respect. Guests will be held liable for any property damage. Moving of furniture and appliances is strictly prohibited. •While we thoroughly clean the house between stays,we kindly request guests to maintain cleanliness during their stay and clean up after themselves prior to departure. •To prevent attracting pests, please refrain from leaving any food outside and dispose off trash properly in designated bins. •For the security of everyone,it is advised to always ensure that doors and gates are closed,especially when leaving the premises. •To avoid mosquitoes,bugs and insects from entering,please keep doors closed at all times.
