Due to parking limitations no trailers of any kind, RV’s, campers, or boats are to be parked in the Cul-de-sac. No large parties or gatherings are to be held on the property. There is a limit of 10 guests allowed at anytime. The space This is a wonderful 4 bedroom home with three bathrooms. It has a spacious layout. There is a spacious backyard. Guest access No more than 4 vehicles may be parked in front of the home. There is not room in front of the home for trailers of any kind, rv’s or campers. Other things to note Due to proximity to the schools. I am required by the city of Douglas to check each guest with the national sex offender registry. I will need the legal name, city and state of residence of each guest.
