The Hidden Hideaway on Wedowee

Relax and have fun while making tons of memories in our cute little hidden hideaway. Our cottage is tucked away on a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Wedowee. You can relax on our private dock while taking in the scenery from our quiet cove. You can kayak or play a game of corn hole, all host supplied during your stay. Life jackets are supplied for renters when swimming or using supplied kayaks. The space Three bedroom cottage located on a quiet cove on Lake Wedowee. Our little Hideaway offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One king bed, one queen bed and two single bunk beds. Open floor plan with living room and kitchen. Pantry and Laundry room. On the back of the house a large covered deck awaits you to relax and take in all the sounds of nature. Just a view steps down a cement walk way takes you to your own private dock where you can dip your toes or use our kayaks in a quiet cove. After a fun day on the lake relax on the lower patio while you grill on our charcoal grill. But don’t forget the fit pit! It’s just a few steps away from the patio already prepped and ready for a night of s’mores. Lake Wedowee has several public launches within close proximity to the property. Our cove could be limited to boats no larger than 24’ to accommodate other boat traffic within the cove during high Summer seasons. No wake zone in this area. Any questions contact host prior to booking. Please be respectful of others within the cove and keep noise levels to a minimum. Guest access Upstairs, top covered deck, lower patio, fire pit and dock. Please do not use or access other neighboring docks. Other things to note Private dock located at the end of a paved walk way to the lake. House is on a slight grade with steps. Take this into consideration for guest with walking or climbing restrictions. Usage of kayaks are at tenants/renters discretion. Host not responsible for accidents while using kayaks or dock.
