We look forward to welcoming you to our little corner of the world. The space Welcome to our cozy three-bedroom, two-bath cottage nestled in the heart of historic downtown Concord. One of the bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while the other two share a full bath. The living room offers a comfortable space with 2 loveseats, 2 chairs, and a large-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen or gather around the dining table for a sit-down dinner. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Step outside to a shaded backyard with a gas fire pit—ideal for quiet evenings or sip your morning beverage on the welcoming front porch. Our cottage is close to cafes, restaurants & bars. We can host up to 6 guests. We have a driveway that is tight & narrow, the first car can pull in at an angle to unload. We recommend other cars to unload out front before pulling in. We currently don’t allow pets or animals of any kind. Please don’t move around the furniture or decor! Thank you for reading! Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, including the backyard—perfect for relaxing around the gas fire pit or read a book on the large covered front porch. There is a private driveway available for parking. Please note the driveway is narrow but can accommodate 3 cars parked in tandem (one behind the other). 1st car can pull in at an angle to unload & we recommend other cars unload out front-the park. Whilst visiting, reverse your car slowly out of the driveway- the stone wall obscures the view. Please note that the pathways, stairs & interior of the house floors are slightly uneven due to being an old historic home. Please don’t rearrange the furniture or decor! Thank you for reading!
