Brand New Rental! Relax as a couple at this peaceful waterfront cottage. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and Lakeviews while enjoying the serenity of the quiet forest! This Cabin can accommodate 3 guests. It is equipped with WiFi, a TV, & Amazon Firestick. We provide a double bed with Mattress pad, comforter, and pillows. Provided within your stay is a Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and Toaster. Separate Cabin has 2 Pc Washroom with sink & toilet! Swiming is avail. Parking for 1 vehicle. The space Sharon's Lakeview has stunning views of the lake. It comes equipped with a Microwave, Keurig coffee machine, paper plates, and cutlery, propane BBQ, and Bar Fridge. The cottage has a TV with a Amazon Firestick with reliable WI-FI. There is access to the lake for swimming. In a separate Cabin right beside this cottage is a 2 Pc washroom with sink, & toilet. We allow a max of 2 guests and 1 pet. We ask that all pets are kept off the furniture and that you clean up after them on the property. If the animal is aggressive we ask that it be leashed at all times. All garbage and recyclables must be removed upon departure and taken to the local Faraday Township dump. The dump only accepts clear garbage bags. Guest access The cabin has a small deck to sit on to relax and enjoy sunsets and sunrises with the lake and forest in the background. There is parking provided for 1 vehicle. Other things to note This has a door code which will be provided upon rental of cottage so that guests can lock for their own security. We are on a secluded piece of land. We also rent 4 other cottages on the same property and lake as this cottage. Our company name is Kenslynne Cottages. We require all garbage and recyclables to be removed upon departure and taken to the local Faraday Township dump whichbis on your way home. We provide a Temporary dump pass and kit. This facility only accepts clear garbage bags. There is a DUMP FEE of $15.00 per stay which is included in the cleaning fee.
