Please note that the hall and patio are common areas of the building as there are other apartments. We are happy to inform you that in the patio, which is part of the common areas, we have a sink and clothesline that you can use at any time to wash by hand and dry your clothes. (Washer not available). At check-in you will receive the keys to access the property, please take care of them to avoid misplacement that will generate an additional replacement cost to your reservation. To ensure a restful rest for all, we ask that you respect the quiet hours in the building from 11 pm to 6 am. 🔐 Your comfort is a priority The building is quiet and safe.
