This 2 bed 2 bath home sits just a block away from the neighborhood pond to enjoy walks or fishing. Shopping and dining is only a few minutes drive aswell. All utilities are included. It’s a beautiful property but I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Guest access Full access to the property except for a maids closet we leave locked. You can also take advantage of the small neighborhood pond. Other things to note Strict no pet policy. If we find any evidence of pets we will issue a $250 fee. Strict no smoke no vape policy. If we find any evidence of smoking/ vaping inside the property we will issue a $250 fee. Smoking needs to take place outside away from any open doors or windows and please clean up after yourself.
