This bright & newly renovated apartment surrounded by fields in 2024 offers an optimal starting point for excursions around the beautiful Elbe. The space The 45 m² apartment offers everything you need for an all-round pleasant stay. The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a private terrace. Here you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning sun. From the sofa you can look out into the countryside and can wonderfully observe the barn swallows that nest on the farm from April to October. With a little luck, you can also encounter owls, rabbits and deer. A parking space is available right outside the door. Long-term stays on request. We are also happy to rent to fitters. Smoking is not permitted. For short-term inquiries (arrival on the same day), please indicate the approximate arrival time.
