The space Rooms: The house has 4 bedrooms. 4 bedrooms equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, TV and air conditioning. One of the rooms is a private suite, ensuring greater comfort and privacy. Also, there is an additional bathroom that is shared between guests. Enjoy our refreshing swimming pool and the barbecue for moments of leisure. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing your meals, and the dining room is ideal for group dining. Guest access Laundry: The outdoor laundry is shared with the host, providing convenience for your laundry needs during your stay. The use of the clothes dryer has an extra cost of R$ 30 per use. We provide 1 bath towel for each guest during the stay. Bed linens are provided. We ask that you respect the house rules, keep the space clean and quiet after 10 p.m. When the air-conditioning is being used, please keep the bedroom door closed so as not to damage the device. If you are not at home, keep the lights and air-conditioning turned off. PLEASE NOTE: To avoid wasting energy, Airbnb will apply a fine of R$ 500.00 every time the air-conditioning is left on when no one is home. The daily cleaning fee is R$180 and can be paid through the app or Pix. We also offer an optional laundry service. If the guest needs to wash and iron clothes, we will do this service, the amount is R$ 150 for each time you use the service, providing more convenience during your stay.
