Located in a privileged area in the Espírito Santo mountains, the Sítio has a spacious, comfortable and distinctive structure for you to enjoy an excellent mountain climate, away from the rush of the city and in contact with nature. You will discover another lifestyle, where tranquility and courtesy are present at all times. Just 65 km from Vitória, 1 km from BR-262, the site is 20 minutes from Domingos Martins, 10 minutes from Marechal and 40 minutes from Pedra Azul. The space Bedroom on the second floor of the house, requiring a flight of stairs. Garden view, sleeps up to 5 people (double bed, two single beds and a trundle bed), with private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, TV. Bed and bath linens are offered. If you have a baby and need a crib, please request at the time of booking to check availability. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, only in the garden. We do not serve breakfast, but you will have access to a 40m2 kitchen, for shared use, where you will find all the basic utensils to prepare your meals, as well as refrigerators and freezers. Remember to label your belongings. Nearby, you will also find self-service restaurants, snack bars, cafeteria, and bars with snacks at night. We are 16 km from the center of Domingos Martins and 30 km from Pedra Azul, where you can visit more sophisticated restaurants. Large leisure area with extensive lawn, swimming pool with water slide, bocce ball court, pool table, ping-pong and foosball. The barbecue is available by appointment. We deliver it clean, with skewers and grill, detergent and loofah, and garbage bags in the trash can. But after use, you must return it clean in case another guest wants to use it. Nearby is a supermarket where you can purchase all other supplies: meats, charcoal, coarse salt, ice and beverages. I can lend you a cooler. We are 6 km from the Mountain Park Zoo and 20 km from the Bird Bio Park in Domingos Martins. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas: green area, playground, TV room, barbecue area, game room, cafeteria, kitchen. During your stay I like to make my guests feel at ease, but if they need something that is within my reach, I am happy to assist them promptly. I don't like to be invasive, but I appreciate a good conversation. You won't be staying at my house, but at my ranch. So I'll be around if you need me, but not in the same space. I live across the street and will be available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Other things to note Events are not allowed.
