Backyard fence separates both homes - side gate connects both homes to each other. Guest access Guests are more than welcome to utilize the backyard space - it is a private space for their use only. If guests have larger families they are welcome to book both homes (Duplex Property). The backyards are connected with a gate access point - if guests book both homes they are able to access each home through the backyard. Other things to note Our guests will receive a front door access code ONE HOUR before their arrival time. We ask our guest to please notify us when they are an hour out.
